摘要 通过对山西省40所高等院校仪器设备资源的调研，发现存在仪器设备重复购置、使用效率低、服务水平差等与学校发展不协调的现象，提出加强管理、加大开放力度、实现资源共享等提高高校大型科学仪器设备利用率的若干措施。

Current Situation and Analysis of Resource Sharing of Large Scientific Instruments and Equipments of Shanxi Province Colleges and Universities//HU Qiuxia, ZHANG Bingnan, ZHAO Kui, HUANG Simin

Abstract Through the research of equipment resources of 40 universities and colleges in the Shanxi province of the instrument, the existing of uncoordinated phenomenon between equipment repeat purchase, low efficiency, poor service level and school development not harmonious was found. So some measures of strengthen management, further open to the outside world, realize the sharing of resources was proposed, to improve the utilization rate of large scientific instruments and equipment in colleges and universities.

仪器设备是高校学科建设不可或缺的重要物资基础，对提高教学与科研水平的质量及技术开发能力，加强高层次、高素质人才的培养都起着关键的作用。近年来我国高等教育事业发展迅速，国家对教育和科研经费的投入也快速增加，大型仪器设备在高校中的拥有量也明显增多。提高高校仪器设备的综合利用率，对提高办学效益的意义非常重大，而大型仪器的高质量管理更是重中之重。现在各高校都一定程度上存在对仪器设备重购置轻管理的弊端，表现为利用率低、仪器闲置或故障现象严重。因此，通过分析现状，提出有效管理措施，充分发挥大型科学仪器设备的功能、效益，已是高校及大型仪器设备管理部门当前亟待解决的一个重要问题。

1 山西省40所高校大型科学仪器设备资源基本情况

2011年底，山西省大型科学仪器共享管理办公室与山西大学设备处联合完成对山西省18所本科院校和22所专科院校大型科学仪器设备资源的调研，所调研高校数量占山西省高校总数的56%，所调研仪器占全省高校科学仪器设备资源的95%以上。……
