Research on the Development Path of “Public Health and Preventive Medicine\"Terminology Products// GUO Zhanmei，LI Yan

Abstract：Terminolgisaspecialandimportanttechologicallanguageresourcetatplaysacucialstrategicoleinbudingnatioal languagecapabilities.Publicealthandpreventivemedicineterminologyiscloselyrelatedtoealth，andpublichealthteiology productsareimportantcariersfrtedisseminationofpublicealthterminology.Thearticleinvestigatesndanalystecuentdemandandsupplystatusof publichealthterminologyproducts fromtheperspectiveofthelanguage industry，dividesthemaidemand subjectsandlevelsofpublichealth terminologproducts，andexplores thedevelopmentpathofpublichealth terminologyproducts.We hope our results can provide reference for the dissemination of public health terminology.

0 引言

公共卫生与预防医学术语（下文简称“公卫术语”）是记录与传播健康信息的语言基础。公卫术语产品指以公卫术语为加工材料、处理对象和生产内容，以提升公卫术语能力、普及并传播健康知识为主要功能的语言产品。根据是否以营利为自的可分为“非营利性质的公共术语产品和营利性质的术语商品”[1] 。

全国科学技术名词审定委员会（下文简称“全国科技名词委”）公共卫生与预防医学审定与编写分委员会已开展包括营养学、流行病学、健康教育学等在内的20余类相关名词审定工作。目前，公卫术语处于公开征求意见阶段，正式发布后将投入公卫学科教学、科研、出版经营和信息传播等领域进行规范使用。该过程是公卫术语的一次传播，传播载体即为公卫术语产品，

公卫术语受众广泛，其使用需求呈现多样化为更好地服务公卫术语传播，本文对公卫术语产品开发路径进行分析与探讨。

1国内外相关研究梳理

同时以“公共卫生与预防医学”（和“publichealthandpreventivemedicine”）、“术语产品”（和“terminologyproducts”）为中英文关键词在中国知网检索，筛选后统计显示：截至2024年9月相关中文文献240篇，外文文献23篇。

1.1 公卫术语研究

国内研究在“新型冠状病毒感染疫情后，相关文献数量增长明显”2]。2020 年后相关研究包括：公卫术语命名研究[3]；公卫术语翻译研究[4]等。此外，还检索到《流行病学专业术语指南》《抗击疫情——看懂这些高频术语》《营养名词术语》《营养学科词典》5等工具词表。国外研究开展时间较早。……
