摘 要：在实施高等教育强国战略的大背景下，构建一流本科课程已成为提升高等教育质量的关键。然而，受限于多种条件，省属地方高校在打造一流本科课程的道路上面临诸多挑战。为了探究省属地方高校构建一流本科课程的有效路径，本文在详细阐述了一流本科课程的建设原则和标准的基础上，以长江大学“货币银行学”课程建设的实践为案例，深入分析了其所面临的重大挑战，并提出了重塑课程目标、精练课程内容、创新教学方法、优化课程资源、完善考核机制等策略。这些策略为其他同类高校在课程改革与建设方面提供了宝贵的参考。

Abstract：Under the background of implementing the strategy of strengthening higher education，constructing \"firstclass undergraduate courses\" has become the key to improve the quality of higher education.However，due to various conditions，Provincial local universities are faced with many challenges on the way of building \"firstclass undergraduate courses\".This article delves into effective strategies for cultivating outstanding undergraduate programs within Provincial local universities.It meticulously outlines the principles and standards for creating \"firstrate undergraduate courses.\" Utilizing the development of the \"Monetary Banking\" course at Yangtze University as a case study，the article offers a detailed examination of the primary challenges encountered.It proposes strategic solutions such as reengineering course objectives，enriching course content，incorporating innovative teaching methodologies，expanding course resources，and refining assessment procedures.These strategies offer valuable insights for other institutions seeking to embark on course development and reform.
