摘  要：开展课程思政，是提高课堂教学效果、学生专业素养，实现高校“育人”目标的重要途径。文章首先通过总结旅游消费行为学的课程特点以及课程教学的不足，得出开展课程思政的必要性，其次分析开展课程思政的前期基础，最后从教育目标、教学方法和手段、挖掘德育元素、课程设计四个方面来论述如何进行课程思政的实践途径。

Abstract： Carrying out ideological and political education in courses is an important way to improve classroom teaching effect， students' professional quality， and realize the goal of "education" in colleges and universities. This paper firstly summarizes the characteristics of the course Tourism Consumption Behavior and the insufficiency of the course teaching， and then draws the necessity of developing the ideological and political education in courses and political affairs. Secondly， it analyzes the preliminary foundation of developing the ideological and political education in courses. Finally， it excavates the educational goals， teaching methods and methods. Moral education elements， curriculum design four aspects to discuss how to carry out ideological and political education in courses.

在2019年召開的学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会上，习近平总书记强调课程思政的重要性，并指出思政教育要坚持显性教育和隐性教育相统一，挖掘其他课程和教学方式中蕴含的思想政治教育资源，实现全员全程全方位育人[1]。同时，党的十九大指出当前社会的主要矛盾是人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾，新时代我国旅游呈现大众化的特点，旅游休闲成为新时代满足人民美好生活需要的重要渠道[2]。更好理解人民旅游的消费行为特点，满足他们的旅游消费需求，有利于促进中国旅游业高质量发展。针对旅游业的新发展趋势，业内需要一批具有综合能力、高素质，能积极投身到社会主义旅游事业中的旅游人才。开展旅游消费行为课程思政建设，有利于树立学生正确的价值观和职业观，增强他们的社会责任感。同时注重学生理论与实践相结合，培养他们独立运用所学知识分析、解决问题的能力，提高学生的旅游管理专业素养，使学生能适应社会主义新时代旅游业发展的要求。……
