摘  要：色谱分析课程蕴含着丰富的思政教育元素，是实现专业课程与思政课程同向同行、协同育人作用的有效载体。文章以社会主义核心价值观为引领，以实现价值观塑造、知识传授和能力培养的统一为目标，探索线上线下混合式教学中色谱分析课程思政的实施路径。教学实践表明，通过合理的教学设计和良好的教学实施，可以将挖掘的思政教育元素渗透融合于专业课程教学之中，有效实现混合式教学中专业课程思政的教学目标。

Abstract： Chromatographic Analysis course contains rich elements of ideological and political education， and is an effective carrier to realize the parallel and collaborative roles of professional courses with ideological and political courses. Guided by the core socialist values， this paper aims to explore the implementation path of ideological and political education in the online and offline blended teaching of Chromatographic Analysis course， in order to achieve the unity of values shaping， knowledge imparting and ability training. Our teaching practice shows that the excavated elements of ideological and political education can be penetrated and integrated into the course teaching， and the teaching goal of the course ideological and political education can be effectively realized in the mixed teaching of the course， through reasonable teaching design and good teaching implementation.

课程思政是落实立德树人根本任务、把思想引导和价值观塑造融入专业课程教学的一项战略举措。2020年教育部印发的《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》指出，“高校要深化教育教学改革，充分挖掘各类课程的思想政治资源，发挥好每门课程的育人作用”。随着高校课程思政建设的全面铺开，如何将思政元素有效融入专业课程，实现思政元素和课程教学的有机融合，提升专业课程育人的实际效果，成为高校教师普遍关注的重要课题[1-2]。

色谱分析是对复杂体系的组分进行分离分析的一门学科，在化学化工、食品科学、材料科学、医药卫生等领域有着广泛的应用。色谱分析课程蕴含着丰富的思政教育元素，在培养学生自强不息的民族精神、科技报国的责任担当、追求卓越的创新意识、精益求精的工匠精神以及崇德向善的职业道德等诸多方面都具有积极的作用，是实现专业课程与思政课程同向同行、协同育人作用的有效载体。……
