摘要：目的 探析PDCA循环管理在老年脑卒中护理及健康教育中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年10月-2020年10月在我院进行治疗的老年脑卒中患者共80例，根据护理方法的不同分为观察组和参照组，各40例。参照组应用常规管理，观察组应用析PDCA循环管理。比对两组的护理满意度、健康知识知晓率。结果 两组护理满意度对比存在差异，观察组高于参照组，差异明显（P<0.05）。两组健康知识知晓率对比存在差异，观察组优于参照组，差异明显（P<0.05）。结论 PDCA循环管理可提高患者护理满意度，加强患者对健康知识的掌握，值得推广。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle management in elderly stroke nursing and health education. Methods a total of 80 elderly stroke patients treated in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected. According to different nursing methods，they were divided into observation group and reference group，with 40 cases in each group. Routine management shall be applied to the reference group and PDCA cycle management shall be applied to the observation group. The nursing satisfaction and awareness rate of health knowledge were compared between the two groups. Results there were significant differences in nursing satisfaction between the two groups. The observation group was higher than the reference group（P < 0.05）. There were significant differences in the awareness rate of health knowledge between the two groups. The observation group was better than the reference group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion PDCA cycle management can improve patients' nursing satisfaction and strengthen patients' mastery of health knowledge，which is worth popularizing.

脑卒中是临床常见病、高发病，老年人则为该病的主要发病人群【1】。脑卒中在临床有着较高的致死率、致残率，而在疾病生后临床要对患者及时进行治疗干预，以确保患者的生命安全【2】。而在对患者治疗时，护理方法是否科学、有效，通常会对老年脑卒中患者的治疗以及预后效果带来影响，因此，将PDCA循环管理应用到患者的干预中就显得切实可行。基于此，本此次研究将围绕着PDCA循环管理在老年脑卒中护理及健康教育中的应用效果进行分析論述，详细报道如下：

1 资料和方法

1.1一般资料

选取2019年10月-2020年10月在我院进行治疗的老年脑卒中患者共80例，根据护理方法的不同分为观察组和参照组，各40例。参照组男22例，女18例，年龄60-77岁，平均年龄（64.47±3.35）岁;观察组男24例，女16例，年龄60-78岁，平均年龄（65.05±3.71）岁;以上一般资料比对无明显差异（P>0.05）。纳入标准：纳入研究的患者均契合疾病的诊断标准;对此次研究知情且同意;排除标准：伴有认知障碍、精神疾病者;拒绝加入研究者;诊治资料不完整者。
