摘要：目的 中医特色外治疗法对寻常型斑块状银屑病的临床疗效。方法 选取2019年5月-2020年5月我院收治的寻常型斑块状银屑病患者共60例，随机分为观察组和参照组，各30例。参照组应用常规西药治疗，观察组应用中医特色外治疗法。对比两组治疗前后的PASI评分、临床疗效。结果 两组患者的临床有效率对比有差异，观察组高于参照组，差异明显（P<0.05）。两组患者的PASI评分对比有差异，观察组低于参照组，差异明显（P<0.05）。结论 中医特色外治疗法可在寻常型斑块状银屑病的治疗中发挥理想效果，具有推广的价值。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effect of external treatment with Chinese medicine on plaque psoriasis vulgaris. Methods 60 patients with plaque psoriasis vulgaris treated in our hospital from May 2019 to may 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and reference group，with 30 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with conventional western medicine，and the observation group was treated with external treatment with traditional Chinese medicine. The PASI score and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results there was significant difference in the clinical effective rate between the two groups. The observation group was higher than the reference group（P < 0.05）. The PASI score of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the reference group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion the characteristic external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can play an ideal effect in the treatment of plaque psoriasis vulgaris and has the value of popularization.

尋常型斑块状银屑病在临上较为常见，此病是一种慢性的皮肤病，且患者病情易反复发作【1】。现代医学研究指出【2】，此病的发生同遗传因素、感染、免疫异常等有关。而在此病发生后，因患者病程较长，且伴有严重的皮损、瘙痒，所以患者的生活质量会出现不同程度的下降。以往西医治疗的近期疗效显著，但远期疗效并不理想，因而将中医治疗方法应用其中就显得切实可行【3】。基于此，此次研究将围绕着中医特色外治疗法对寻常型斑块状银屑病的临床疗效进行分析论述，详细报道如下：

1.1研究资料

选取2019年5月-2020年5月我院收治的寻常型斑块状银屑病患者共60例，随机分为观察组和参照组，各30例。参照组男13例，女17例，年龄为22-65岁，平均年龄（41.74±5.26）岁;观察组男14例，女16例，年龄为22-66岁，平均年龄（42.07±5.42）岁;以上基本资料对比无显著差异（P>0.05）。……
