摘要：目的 研究运用梅花针叩刺和拔罐方法治疗带状疱疹产生的临床效果。方法 选取本院皮肤科2020年12月～2021年7月收治的130例带状疱疹患者，根据不同治疗方法进行分组，每组65例，参照组运用更昔洛韦开展治疗，研究组运用梅花针扣配合拔罐进行治疗，比例两组临床效果。结果 研究组治疗效果优于参照组（P<0.05）;治疗前，研究组和参照组疼痛程度没有明显差异（P>0.05）;治疗后研究组疼痛程度优于参照组（P<0.05）。结论 运用梅花针扣配合拔罐治疗带状疱疹具有明显的治疗效果，能够有效缓解患者疼痛感，可以积极在临床上进行推广和运用。

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of plum blossom needle percussion and cupping in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods 130 patients with herpes zoster treated in the dermatology department of our hospital from December 2020 to July 2021 were divided into groups according to different treatment methods，with 65 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with ganciclovir，and the study group was treated with plum blossom needle buckle combined with cupping. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results the therapeutic effect of the study group was better than that of the reference group（P < 0.05）;Before treatment，there was no significant difference in the degree of pain between the study group and the reference group（P > 0.05）;After treatment，the degree of pain in the study group was better than that in the reference group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion the application of plum blossom needle buckle combined with cupping in the treatment of herpes zoster has obvious therapeutic effect，can effectively alleviate the pain of patients，and can be actively popularized and applied in clinical practice.

带状疱疹是因为感染病毒造成的急性疱疹性皮肤病，这种疾病会导致皮肤以及神经受累，其中一个比较明显的症状为疼痛【1】，通过发生在患者的胸腹部以及背部，开始时患者感觉到皮肤存在明显灼痛感，后续逐渐出现小水泡以及丘状疱疹，快速形成带状，乃至出现出血点，导致患者感觉无法忍耐。這种疾病虽然不会为患者的生命安全带来威胁，但是却会影响患者的生活质量，使其生活质量不断降低【2】。为了保证患者的生活质量，有关医学工作者积极研究有效的治疗方法。对此，此次主要研究运用梅花针叩刺和拔罐治疗带状疱疹产生的治疗效果，详细内容为：
