摘要：目的 观察分析黄连解毒汤治疗糖尿病的有效性，并明确用药对患者临床症状改善及中医症候积分的影响。方法  随机抽取的80例2型糖尿病患者，以随机数字表法分组，各40例。对照组以常规西药治疗，观察组加用黄连解毒汤治疗，对比分析治疗效果。结果  治疗后，观察组治疗有效率高于对照组，中医症候评分及临床症状发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论  黄连解毒汤治疗糖尿病效果理想，可降低中医症候评分，缓解相关临床症状，应用效果理想值得借鉴。

[Abstract] Objective To observe and analyze the effectiveness of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of diabetes mellitus and to clarify the effect of drug use on the improvement of clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome score. Methods 80 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly selected and divided into four groups by random digital table method，40 cases each. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine，the observation group was treated with Huanglian Jiedu Decoction，and the therapeutic effect was analyzed. Results after treatment，the effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that of control group，and the rate of TCM symptom score and clinical symptom was lower than that of control group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion Huanglian Jiedu decoction has good effect on diabetes，can reduce the score of TCM symptoms and alleviate related clinical symptoms. It is worth learning from.

2型糖尿病为临床发生率相对较高的慢性代谢类疾病，以血糖异常升高为主要标志，疾病无法良好控制极易诱发对患者健康及生命安全存在严重影响的并发症，需要给予重视【1】。在临床治疗中，以常规的控糖药物治疗，可延缓疾病的发展，但需要长期用药，同时药物存在一定不良反应【2】。研究结果证实，中医汤剂治疗糖尿病可实现标本兼治目的，降低西药使用量。本次研究对本院收治的糖尿病患者应用黄连解毒汤获得满意效果。现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

随机抽取的80例2型糖尿病患者，均为2019年11月-2020年12月就诊，纳入对象临床综合诊断确诊2型糖尿病。患者家属对研究知情同意;并将合并严重脏器或系统疾病患者、恶性肿瘤患者、合并严重并发症患者、精神障碍患者排除。以随机数字表法分组，各40例。观察组，男23例，女17例，年龄48-78岁，平均（58.16±3.25）岁。……
