摘要：目的 探讨关节镜手术治疗膝关节半月板损伤的临床效果及对功能恢复的影响。方法 选取2019年7月-2020年7月本院收治的膝关节半月板损伤患者62例纳入研究，数字奇偶法分组，对照组（31例）关节镜下半月板切除术，观察组（31例）关节镜下半月板缝合术，对比效果。结果 观察组优良率96.77%，高于对照组的80.65%（P<0.05）。观察组术后1年的膝关节功能评分优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 在治疗膝关节半月板损伤中，关节镜下半月板缝合术效果更好，改善膝关节功能，优良率更高。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of arthroscopic surgery on knee meniscus injury and its effect on functional recovery. Methods 62 patients with knee meniscus injury treated in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were included in the study. They were divided into two groups by digital parity method. The control group（31 cases）underwent arthroscopic meniscectomy and the observation group（31 cases）underwent arthroscopic meniscectomy. Results the excellent and good rate in the observation group was 96.77%，which was higher than 80.65% in the control group（P < 0.05）. The knee function score of the observation group 1 year after operation was better than that of the control group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion in the treatment of knee meniscus injury，arthroscopic meniscus suture has better effect，improves knee function and has a higher excellent and good rate.

全身關节中，膝关节是比较大的一个，其是人体非常重要的承重关节，也是人体很容易受损的一个关节【1】。膝关节有着比较高的发病率，膝关节疼痛不但是由于各种关节内疾病的损伤所致，还常常受到一些外部因素的影响。半月板损伤会在一定程度上影响患者的膝关节功能，在临床上多使用手术来对其治疗【2】。本次研究重点探讨了膝关节半月板损伤患者运用关节镜手术治疗的效果，现报告如下。

1 资料和方法

1.1一般资料

抽取本院2019年7月-2020年7月收治的62例膝关节半月板损伤患者纳入研究，分组使用数字奇偶法，各31例。对照组男女比16/15，年龄22-55岁，平均（32.41±6.78）岁;观察组男17例，女14例，最大年龄54岁，最小23岁，平均（31.52±6.81）岁。资料对比无统计学意义（P>0.05）。

1.2 方法

1.2.1对照组

两组均在关节镜下实施检查及手术，麻醉后，取仰卧位，屈膝 90°，前内侧或前外侧入路。入镜后，检查患者的膝关节腔结构、内外半月板形态、交叉韧带等。……
