摘  要：班级管理也是一门艺术，需要辅导员有爱心、耐心、细心，做到润物细无声地对学生进行管理。辅导员在这个过程中发挥着举足轻重的作用，在管理过程中需要辅导员的换位思考，需要辅导员的以身作则，更需要辅导员不断地、与时俱进地学习新的技能，做时代的弄潮儿，占领网络新媒体这块阵地，积极创新性地进行思想政治教育工作的开展。

Exploration and Innovation of Class Management in Private Colleges and Universities

Abstract： Class management is also an art， which requires counselors to be loving， patient， and careful to manage students silently. Counselors play an important role in this process. In the process of management， counselors need to think in an alternative way，set an example for counselors， and more importantly， counselors need to keep pace with the times， learn new skills， be a trendsetter of the times. And occupy the position of new online media， actively and innovatively carry out the development of ideological and political education.

班级管理这项工作本身就是一个辛苦活和良心活，更是一门艺术，需要辅导员的耐心、细心和专心。如果把班级看作是一艘前进的巨轮，那么辅导员便是这艘巨轮的掌舵者。如何掌舵一直是值得我们探究的问题。特别是现在这样一个全媒体时代，学生们生活中充斥着抖音、快手、哔哩哔哩这样的手机App，某种意义上这是传统文化和现在微时代快餐文化的碰撞与融合。作为辅导员也要坦然面对这种传统文化和现在全媒体文化的碰撞与交锋。如何在这样的环境中更好地开展辅导员的工作，如何做现在这些“00后”学生们的知心朋友和领路人，是值得探讨的问题。以下是从工作日常的几方面进行探讨的内容。

1  辅导员要以自己爱人的能力去感染和引导学生

作为辅导员一定要在心中装满对学生的爱，这种爱有些时候是无条件的。比如：学生犯错误的时候，不是直接对其进行训斥，而是要耐心地听学生对这件事的看法，当时是何种动机驱动他来做这件事情的。……
