摘  要：在口腔种植深入人心的今天，作为口腔医学本科专业的学生应掌握口腔种植学临床诊疗操作技术。基于这门学科的特殊性，在本科教学过程中存在诸多的问题，而且教学多偏重于理论知识，往往忽视了实践技能在临床应用的重要性。文章探讨了应用型本科医学院校五年制的口腔医学本科人才培养中存在的一些难题，并寻找解决方案，从而建设口腔种植学教学体系，以期提高口腔医学生的岗位胜任力，培养具有职业素养、熟练掌握技能和扎实的理论基础，并适应社会需求的专业人才。

Abstract： Dental implant is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people today. Students majoring in stomatology should master the clinical diagnosis and treatment operation technology of dental implant. Based on the particularity of this discipline， there are many problems in the undergraduate teaching process. The teaching focuses on theoretical knowledge and often ignores the importance of practical skills in clinical application. This paper discusses and analyzes some problems existing in the five-year undergraduate personnel training of stomatology in applied undergraduate medical colleges， looks for solutions， and constructs the teaching system of dental implant， in order to improve the post competence of stomatological students， and cultivate professional talents with professional quality， proficient skills， solid theoretical foundation， and meet the needs of the society.

口腔种植学作为口腔医学的一个新兴的分支学科，有别于其他的二级学科，它的学习内容与口腔基础知识、口腔修复学、口腔颌面外科学、牙周病学、生物力学及美学等多学科相交织，涵盖学科范围广[1]。口腔医学生在本科阶段的学习应该是为将来的临床工作打下坚实的基础，但在国内外的口腔医学教育中，本科阶段只是简单介绍了口腔种植学的基本概念及基本操作流程。随着社会的发展和生活水平的提高，临床上对口腔种植技术的需求也是不断地在增加，现有的口腔种植学的本科教学内容已不能满足临床需求。

应用型本科教育是相对于基于理论探讨的研究型教育和基于技能培养的职业型教育而言，是介于技術型和研究型之间的服务当代社会经济发展的教育模式，目的是为了培养具有较高综合素质，较强实践技能和实际临床操作能力的综合性应用型人才。……
