摘  要：自党的十八大以来，思政课程由原本的单一改革逐渐向“课程思政”转变，高等教育改革围绕着课程思政理念逐步展开。对于为国防建设而服务的航空类院校而言，课程思政改革更是课程改革的重中之重。文章以电子封装材料课程为例，结合课程思政要求，分析目前教学特点及问题，设计教学方案，包括教学内容、手段及考评方式。将“课程思政”理念充分融入到日常教学生活中，提高学生对国家的认同感，对社会的责任感，增强学生的报国热情，为国家培养一批符合社会主义核心价值观的高素质人才。

Abstract： Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China， ideological and political courses have gradually changed from the original single reform to "the ideological and political education in all courses". Higher education reforms have gradually developed around the concept of "the ideological and political education in all courses". For aviation colleges and universities that serve the construction of national defense， the reform is the top priority of curriculum reform. This article takes "Electronic Packaging Materials" as an example， combines the ideological and political requirements of the course， analyzes the current teaching characteristics and problems， and designs the teaching mode， including teaching content， methods and evaluation methods. It fully integrates the concept of "the ideological and political education in all courses" into daily teaching life， improves students' sense of identity with the country， sense of responsibility to the society， enhances students' enthusiasm for serving the country， and cultivates a group of high-quality talents for the country in line with socialist core values.

课程思政建设用简明的话语阐述就是把思想政治教育融入到各门学科中，从而逐渐地对学生的思维及行为进行正确引导，最终培育出符合社会主义核心价值观的高素质人才，为中华民族的伟大复兴贡献力量[1]。为了加快课程思政建设，党中央与国务院多次召开全国高校思想政治会议以及全国教育大会，对高校立德育人提出更高更具体的要求[2]。2020年5月，教育部印发《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》（以下简称《纲要》），《纲要》更是明确指出课程思政建设是落实立德树人根本任务的战略举措，是提高人才培养质量的重要任务。全国高校应全力落实《纲要》，坚持专业课程与思政课程同向同行，扎实推进专业教育与思政教育深度有机融合。……
