摘  要：强化课程思政是军队院校提升军事人才培养质量的重要路径，要想实现全员全程全方位育人，需要对课程中蕴含的思政元素进行挖掘和结合。文章以专业课程——声纳技术作为第一视角，重点从讲好声纳的中国故事、做好实作的组织观察以及实现学员的潜移默化三个方面进行整体的思政设计，从价值塑造、能力培养和立德树人三个角度助力专业课程思政建设。

Abstract： Strengthening ideological and political education is an important way to improve the quality of military personnel training in military academies. In order to achieve all-round education， we need to excavate and combine the ideological and political elements contained in the curriculum. From the first perspective of sonar technology， as a professional background course， this paper focuses on the overall ideological and political design from three aspects： telling a good Chinese story of sonar， doing a good job in organizational observation and realizing the subtle influence of students. It helps the ideological and political construction of professional courses to build the values， to cultivate the ability and to build people with virtue for students.

习近平总书记反复强调：“要坚持显性教育和隐性教育相统一，挖掘其他课程和教学方式中蕴含的思想政治教育资源，实现全员全程全方位育人。[1]”这段论述厘清了课程思政的基本实施手段和目的，告诉我们要切实充分挖掘各门课程的思政元素、资源和潜力，实现课堂教学多样化，在潜移默化中实现教育目标[2-3]。虽然课程思政的理论最近几年才正式提出，实际上，在教学名师的课堂中不乏思政思想的呈现，他们结合自己的个人教学和科研阅历，融合自己服务部队参与演习研练的经验，无需思政元素的刻意挖掘与结合，优秀的专业课教师能够把立德树人的元素基于专业課程本身呈现在课堂的各处，能够实现“无招胜有招”的效果[4-5]。然而，对于我们绝大多数年轻教员而言，想要达到教学名师的这种效果还有很长的路要走，对于课程节奏的把控以及元素的……
