摘  要：课程思政建设已经成为高校“双一流”建设过程中一流本科课程和“金课”的重要组成部分。文章以专业英语课程为例探讨了课程思政元素的挖掘。首先，通过挖掘英语中的汉语外来语和汉语中的英语外来语，激发学生们的文化自信;其次，探讨英语中的语言逻辑，建立逻辑思维能力;第三，挖掘课程中的科学技术，培养学生创新意识;第四，寻找中国故事，强化责任担当。通过课程思政元素的挖掘，不仅能够使学生掌握专业英语中的单词词源和句子逻辑，而且能够激励学生的文化自信，建立逻辑思维能力，培养创新意识和强化责任担当。

Abstract： Construction of the ideological and political education in all courses has become an important part of the first-class undergraduate course and "golden course" in the process of "double first-class" construction in colleges and universities. This paper takes specialized English as an example to explore the excavation of ideological and political elements in the course. First of all， students' cultural confidence is stimulated through the mining of Chinese loanwords in English and English loanwords in Chinese. Secondly， logical thinking ability is established by exploring the language logic in English. Thirdly， innovative consciousness is cultivated by science and technology in the course. Fourthly， the responsibility of students is strengthened through China's stories. Through the excavation of ideological and political elements in the course， students can not only master the etymology of words and sentence logic in professional English， but also stimulate their cultural confidence， establish their logical thinking ability， cultivate their innovative consciousness and strengthen their responsibility.

思政元素的挖掘對于课程思政建设尤为重要，思政元素运用的恰当与否直接影响着课程思政的效果[1]。思政元素的运用一定要用顺其自然、水到渠成的方式，这样才可以为课程添上翅膀，为课程注入灵魂，激发学生的学习兴趣和树立正确的三观，润物细无声，将隐性教育与显性教育做到殊途同归。如今，课程思政建设已经是“双一流”建设过程中一流本科课程和“金课”的重要组成部分，没有思政元素的课程是不完整的。为此，全国高校各门课程也积极响应“三全育人”的号召，积极投入到课程思政建设中，努力挖掘思政元素。
