摘  要：土木工程专业是培养具备实践能力、创新精神和职业素养的工程师的摇篮，土木工程专业毕业生需具有扎实的理论基础和较高的社会责任感才能够更好地服务和满足地方市场需求和经济社会发展。因此，必须寻求新的人才培养模式，提高学生对专业的认知、使学生树立正确的人生观、价值观，以保证实现现阶段人才培养的目标。如何将“思政”融入“专业课程”建设中，是一个值得深思的课题。文章从国家政策、理论理解和课程实施方法对课程思政的现状进行研究，在此基础上，从线上线下混合式教学框架体系、教学资源创建、平台建设、考核评价等方面阐述了地下工程灾害与防护课程线上线下混合式教学模式的构建过程，并对学生学习情况进行分析，结果表明通过线上线下混合式教学模式，将思政元素融入线上教学活动中，具有良好的教学效果。

Abstract： Civil engineering is the cradle for training engineers with practical ability， innovative spirit and professional quality. Graduates of civil engineering must have a solid theoretical foundation and a high sense of social responsibility to be able to better serve and meet the needs of the local market. Economic growth. Therefore， it is necessary to seek a new talent training model， improve students' cognition of the profession， and enable students to establish a correct outlook on life and values， so as to ensure the realization of the goal of talent training at this stage. How to integrate "ideological and political" into the construction of "professional courses" is a subject worthy of deep consideration. This article studies the status quo of "curriculum ideology" from national policies， theoretical understanding and curriculum implementation methods. On this basis， it elaborates the construction process of the online and offline hybrid teaching model of "Underground Engineering Disaster and Protection" from the online and offline hybrid teaching framework system， the creation of teaching resources， platform construction， and assessment and evaluation， and analyzes the students' learning situation. The results show that through the online and offline hybrid teaching model， the ideological and political elements are integrated into the online teaching activities， and it has good teaching effect.
