【摘要】傣医学人才培养教学改革对稳定学生专业思想具有重要的作用。本文对首届傣医学专业学生在本科学习过程中的专业思想稳定性进行问卷调研，从中发现了目前傣医学专业设置的不足，据此在人才培养体系、师资队伍建设、课程体系完善、专业教材修订等方面提出了意见和建议，旨在通过傣医学人才培养的教学改革，巩固和稳定学生的专业思想，打造和培养服务于社会的傣医学人才梯队。

Rresearch on Stabilizing Dai Medicine Students' Professional Thinking Based on

Yunnan University of Chinese Medicine，Kunming 650500，ChinaAbstract：The teaching reform of the training of talents in Dai medicine plays an important role in stabilizing students' professional thinking. This article conducts a questionnaire survey on the stability of professional ideology of the first Dai medical students during the college study. We found out the shortcomings of the current Dai medical professional setting. so，we put forward opinions and suggestions on the improvement of talent training system，the construction of teaching staff，the improvement of curriculum system，and the revision of professional textbook. The aims is to strengthen the stability of students professional thinking and cultivate an echelon of Dai medicine talents serving the society by the teaching reform of training Dai Medicine Talents.

民族醫药是我国传统医药的重要组成部分，具有鲜明的民族地域文化特色、医疗保健理论知识和药用资源特色。新中国成立以后，党和各级政府日益重视并大力推进民族医药事业的发展，“鼓励有条件的高等学校建立民族医药学院、民族医药系或设立相应的专业方向，开展民族医药学科建设，培养一批民族医药专业技术骨干和学术带头人”[1]，在此背景下，各少数民族聚集地区建立了一批具有民族医药特色的大学本科专业。傣医学专业作为新开设专业，日益蓬勃发展，但教育体系尚未健全和完善，这是在高等教育建设过程中所面临的重要问题。教育的核心是对人的培养，通过对傣医学专业学生进行专业思想调查，从学生的反馈中获取有助于人才培养教学改革的重要信息，对新成立专业的成熟与发展具有重要意义，因此迫切需要开展相关研究。……
