【摘要】目的：观察西药联合玉屏风散对过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征58例气道炎症及免疫调节作用。方法：选择2019年6月至2020年6月间于我院就诊的116例过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征患者为研究对象，根据随机数字表法将患者分组为研究组与对照组，各58例，对照组给予舒利迭治疗;研究组在对照组基础上给予玉屏风散治疗，均治疗2个月，检测呼出气一氧化氮（FeNO）水平，检测CD4+、CD8+水平，并计算CD4+ /CD8+比值，评价过敏性鼻炎及哮喘临床症状评分。结果：研究组FeNO水平低于对照组（P<0.05），研究组CD8+水平低于对照组，研究组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平高于对照组，研究组哮喘评分高于对照组（P<0.05），研究组过敏性鼻炎低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：西药联合玉屏风散治疗过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征患者，可有效调节患者气道炎症状态，提高免疫功能，改善患者临床症状。

Effect of Western Medicine Combined with Yupingfeng Powder on Airway Inflammation

Department of Otorhinolaryngology，Zhengzhou First People's Hospital，Zhengzhou 450002，ChinaAbstract：Objective  To observe the effect of Western medicine combined with Yupingfeng Powder on airway inflammation and immune regulation in 58 cases of allergic rhinitis asthma syndrome.Methods 116 patients with allergic rhinitis asthma syndrome in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into study group and control group，58 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Seretide，and the study group was treated with Yupingfeng Powder on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 months.The levels of exhaled nitric oxide （FeNO），CD4+ and CD8+ were detected，and the ratio of CD4+ / CD8+ was calculated to evaluate the clinical symptom scores of allergic rhinitis and asthma.Results  FeNO level of study group was lower than that of control group （P<0.05），CD8+ level of study group was lower than that of control group，CD4+，CD4+ / CD8+ level of study group was higher than that of control group，asthma score of study group was higher than that of control group （P<0.05），allergic rhinitis of study group was lower than that of control group （P<0.05）.Conclusion  Western medicine combined with Yupingfeng Powder in the treatment of patients with allergic rhinitis asthma syndrome can effectively regulate airway inflammation，improve immune function and improve clinical symptoms.

過敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征是同时发生在上、下呼吸道的过敏性炎症，是一种具有变态反应性的疾病，在我国临床十分常见[1]。支气管哮喘患者继发过敏性鼻炎的几率高达78.00%，过敏性鼻炎继发支气管哮喘的发病率为20.00%～38.00%[2]，病情反复，难以治愈，严重影响患者生活质量。过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合的主要病理生理机制是气道炎症，也与免疫功能紊乱相关[3]。玉屏风散为扶正固表经典方，可扶正驱邪，益气固表，现代研究发现其可增强机体免疫力，常用于治疗呼吸道疾病[4]，故本次研究旨在观察西药联合玉屏风散对过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征患者气道炎症及免疫调节作用，具体如下。
