【摘要】为提升中药药理学课程教学质量，培养创新型中医药人才，文章结合南京中医药大学中药药理学教学团队的经验，从理论教学、实验教学、第二课堂、毕业实习等方面探索科研反哺教学在培养学生中药药理学科研思维中的应用，鼓励教师在教学过程中充分发挥科研的辅助作用，提高教学质量与科研水平，培养学生的科研思维能力。

School of Pharmacy， Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine， Nanjing 210032， ChinaAbstract：In order to improve the teaching quality of pharmacology of Chinese materia medica and cultivate innovative Chinese medicine talents， this article explore scientific research back feeding from theoretical teaching， experimental teaching， second classroom and graduation practice in the curriculum reform of Pharmacology of Chinese materia medica by the experience of the Chinese medicine pharmacology teaching team of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine. Encourage teachers to give full play to the auxiliary role of scientific research in the teaching process to improve the quality of teaching and scientific research， cultivate studentsscientific research thinking of Chinese medicine pharmacology.

教学与科研是高校教师的两项重要工作内容，将两者有机结合，实现科研反哺教学，不仅可以提升教师的教学水平，还能有效提高专业人才的培养质量[1-2]。目前，科研反哺教学已成为高校培养高素质专业人才的重要手段，也是高等教育可持续创新改革的重要内容，如何在中医药院校各专业课程教学中的推广实施，是值得深入研究的教育教学课题。

中药药理学是一门以中医药理论为指导，运用现代技术与方法，研究中药与机体相互作用及规律的学科。该课程旨在阐明中医药传统理论，揭示中药防治疾病的科学本质，参与中药新药开发，指导中医临床合理用药，推进中西医结合，促进中医药国际化服务等实际应用问题。这要求在教学过程中强调以科研促进教学，以基础研究促进应用转化，提高教学质量，提升培养层次。然而，如何通过科研反哺教学，培养学生的中药药理学科研思维，尚无现成的经验借鉴。……
