【摘  要】水资源开发与利用与水利工程建设和应用有直接联系。对于水利工程建设来讲，机电工程属于工程项目当中最主要的一部分，也是水利工程发挥社会以及经济效益的最主要支撑，所以对我国水利工程中的机电技术标准体系应用现状进行研究，是对我国机电技术标准建设工作推进的最重要举措，也是提高水利工程建设与应用中机电设备应用水平的主要途径。论文针对我国水利工程机电技术标准体系现状进行探讨，并提出相应建议完善机电技术标准。

【Abstract】The development and utilization of water resources are directly related to the construction and application of water conservancy projects. For the construction of water conservancy projects， mechanical and electrical engineering is the most important part of engineering projects， and the most important support for water conservancy projects to play social and economic benefits. Therefore， the research on the application status of mechanical and electrical technical standard system in water conservancy projects in China is the most important measure to promote the construction of mechanical and electrical technical standard in China， and also the main way to improve the application level of mechanical and electrical equipment in the construction and application of water conservancy projects. This paper discusses the current situation of the mechanical and electrical technical standard system of water conservancy projects in China， and puts forward corresponding suggestions to improve the mechanical and electrical technical standard.

1 引言

在我国水资源利用与开发的过程中，分为多种形式和途径，主要形式就是水力发电工程以及灌溉和航运，以及水库，在这些水利工程当中，机械设备所占据的地位是非常重要的，而且每年在机电设备当中的投资比重也在随之增加。对于水利工程来讲，机电设备的重要性是不言而喻的，在当前以电为首要任务的水利发电站建设过程中，机电设备实现安全稳定并可靠运行的最主要体现就是带来相应的经济效益，所以需要就水利工程当中的机电技术标准体系进行研究。在中国，机电技术标准体系主要是指中国水利机电工程技术标准化。伴随着我国经济建设和机电体制改革的发展，我国水利标准化和机电标准化取得了很大进展，初步形成了一套适合市场经济的管理模式。……
