【摘  要】生态文明建设的不断深入对传统地质工作带来了巨大的挑战，同时为地勘企业转型发展提供了广阔机遇。论文以D公司转型实践为例，总结江苏地勘企业如何以土壤修复行业为重点方向，充分挖掘江苏省工业场地污染修复的巨大市场需求，依托长期以来形成的地质技术和系统性工作方法，以期实现产业转型发展的重大突破，取得良好的经济效益和社会效益。

【Abstract】The deepening of ecological civilization construction has brought great challenges to the traditional geological work， and also provided broad opportunities for the transformation and development of geological prospecting enterprises. Taking the transformation practice of D Company as an example， this paper summarizes how geological prospecting enterprises in Jiangsu take the soil remediation industry as the key direction， fully tap the huge market demand for pollution remediation of industrial sites in Jiangsu Province， and rely on the geological technology and systematic working methods formed for a long time， so as to achieve a major breakthrough in industrial transformation and development and achieve good economic and social benefits.

1 江苏地勘企业转型发展的背景

1.1 江苏区域经济社会发展的政策布局

习近平总书记在2020年视察江苏时强调：“把保护生态环境摆在更加突出的位置，推动经济社会高质量发展、可持续发展，着力在改革创新、推动高质量发展上争当表率，在服务全国构建新发展格局上争做示范，在率先实现社会主义现代化上走在前列。”对江苏省经济社会发展提出了明确要求，也为江苏地勘单位的改革发展指明了方向。江苏省经济发达、社会发展、文化繁荣、基础设施完备、“山水林田湖草”等自然生态要素丰富，具备率先建设“美丽中国”样板的条件和基础。同年江苏省委省政府印发《关于深入推进美丽江苏建设的意见》，明确把美丽江苏建设作为重大战略任务，高起点推进美丽江苏建设，打造“美丽中国”的现实样板。因此，以生态文明建设为依托，坚持创新绿色协调发展，为全国探路，已成为江苏经济社会转型发展的总纲。……
