摘  要：科技创新是国家不断发展的动力，人才是科技创新的出发点，对人才创新创业能力的培养教育已成为高等教育的重要目标。本文以光电信息科学与工程专业为例，分析了目前高校大学生创新创业能力培养现状，基于目前创新创业能力培养存在问题，探讨了相关有效培养模式，包括学生创新意识培养、学校教育模式改革、学校创新创业评价体系建立等。研究内容对探索更有效的创新创业能力培养模式具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract： Scientific and technological innovation is the driving force of the country's continuous development， and talents are the starting point of scientific and technological innovation. The cultivation and education of talents' innovative and entrepreneurial ability has become an important goal of higher education. Taking optoelectronic information science and engineering as an example， this paper analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability， and discusses the relevant effective training modes based on the existing problems of the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability， including the cultivation of students' innovative consciousness， the reform of school education model， the establishment of school innovation and entrepreneurship evaluation system， etc. The research content has certain reference significance for exploring a more effective training mode of innovation and entrepreneurship ability.

黨的十九届四中全会明确提出，“发挥网络教育和人工智能优势，创新教育和学习方式，加快发展面向每个人、适合每个人、更加开放灵活的教育体系，建设学习型社会”的目标。目前，万众创业、全民创新是时代进步的动力，随着5G时代的到来，区块链技术的日益成熟，新时代对人才创新创业能力的需求，将会更加与时俱进，更加综合，更加面向市场。2020年是《国家中长期教育改革与发展规划纲要（2010-2020年）》的收官之年，也是我国教育事业“十三五”规划的收官之年。目前我国高等教育毛入学率已达到54.4%，我国已进入了高等教育普及化的新时期。2021年是“十四五”规划的开局之年，也是实现《中国教育现代化2035》发展目标的重要起点。在《中国教育现代化2035》中，高等教育的重要目标就是要明显提升高等教育的竞争力，创新创业能力的培养正是提高高等教育竞争力的关键内容。……
