【摘要】在互联网+时代背景下，教师要引导技校学生进行英语自主学习，也就是基于教师的科学引导，由学生自主、积极地借助于互联网技术，充分发挥丰富网络资源的作用，尝试着独立掌握学习英语的方法与技巧。该教学模式有效地弥补了传统教学模式中存在的不足，在实际教学中可以充分发挥学生的主体地位，有效地培养学生的自主学习意识，能够深挖学生对英语知识的学习潜能，激发学生的学习热情。本文对互联网技术在技校英语教学中的应用价值进行分析，并且提出利用互联网技术促进技校生英语自主学习的方法。

【Abstract】In the era of Internet plus， teachers should guide students in vocational and technical schools to learn English independently. With the help of the Internet technology and the increasingly enriched network resources， students attempt to master the effective methods and different skills of learning English based on the teachers'scientific guidance. The  new way of teaching and learning  has effectively overcome the deficiency in the traditional teaching mode. It can give full play to the student's dominant position and cultivate students' autonomous learning awareness effectively in practical teaching. And also it can dig deep into students' learning potential of English knowledge and stimulate students'enthusiasm for learning. The article analyzes the application value of Internet technology in English teaching in technical schools， and proposes methods to use Internet technology to promote the autonomous English learning of technical schools students.

互联网+时代背景下，伴随网络技术的迅猛发展，技校英语的教学模式也发生巨大转变，在英语教育教学中也开始更加科学、高效地运用网络技术，为学生自主学习英语提供了良好的技术支持。学生能够充分发挥互联网技术的作用，通过网络资源，结合个人的实际状况科学地选择网络上的学习内容，在此基础上来补充课堂英语学习内容，更加具有针对性和自主性，使得英语学习更加高效。所以，在技校英语教学中，教师要引导学生利用互联网技术开展自主学习活动，进而提升学生的英语素养，增强学生的个人能力。

一、技校学生英语自主学习现状分析

1.学习的自律性较弱。在互联网技术飞速发展的状况下，很多学生可以实现线上学习，然而在网上能够进行自主学习的学生数量较少，大多数学生往往都会在网上聊天、看电视剧或是玩游戏等，有着很差的自制能力[1]。……
