【摘    要】班主任管理工作做得好，不仅有助于学生思想道德的建设与学生人格品质的完善，还能促进学生综合素质能力的提升。因此，班主任要做好管理工作，提高自己对班主任管理艺术重要性的认识，指导初中阶段的学生提高道德水平，树立正确观念，促进他们文化素养和自身品质涵养的提升，使之一生受益。基于此，本文主要从德育教学观念的角度论述如何在初中做好班主任的班级管理，渗透行知思想，构筑人本教育。

【Abstract】The good management of the class teacher will not only contribute to the improvement of students' ideological and moral construction and the improvement of students' personality quality， but also promote the improvement of students' comprehensive quality capabilities. Therefore， the class teacher must do a good job of management， raise his own awareness of the importance of the class teachers management art， guide junior high school students to improve their moral standards， establish correct concepts， promote their cultural literacy and self-quality cultivation， and benefit their life. Based on this， this article mainly discusses from the perspective of moral education teaching concepts how to do a good job in the class management of the teacher in the junior high school， infiltrate the thought of action， and build a human-oriented education.

在初中階段，班主任要重视班级管理的艺术性，深刻认识班级管理的价值所在，积极地为学生传授正确的价值观念，还要在日常教学中，结合自己所教授的学科与班主任工作管理艺术进行有机融合，更要通过组织相对应的活动对学生的思维模式进行正确的建设，结合学科各种要素进行德育渗透，从而促进学生的综合素质全面提高。

一、以身作则，结合案例培养学生道德观念

为提高初中班主任班级管理的艺术性，教师应立足新时代新境况，重视自身的道德修养和职业素质修养，做到为人师表，为学生的行为准则作出表率，给他们指明前行的方向。

以德育的教学活动为例，班主任首先要重视自身道德观念的修养，其次，班主任在必要时辅之具体的实际案例，让学生体会到德育的价值是基于现实生活中的，从而有效地激发他们参与德育教学活动的积极性和主动性，培养他们对德育活动的兴趣与信心，进一步地推动他们思想道德建设的发展和核心素养的提升。……
