【摘    要】在小学数学的教学过程中，信息技术为其提供了许多便利之处，并且让知识变得生动，使课堂气氛更加活跃。然而在一些比较偏远的地方，因为客观条件的限制和教师对信息技术的掌握问题，导致信息技术在小学数学课堂中的应用有所限制。本文在分析数学教学中使用信息技术的必要性的基础上，提出在小学数学教学中如何有效应用信息技术展开分析探讨。

On the Application of Information Technology in Primary School Mathematics Teaching

【Abstract】In the teaching process of primary school mathematics， information technology has provided it with many conveniences， and it has made knowledge alive and made the classroom atmosphere more active. However， in some remote places， the application of information technology in primary school mathematics classrooms is limited due to the limitations of objective conditions and teachers' mastery of information technology. Based on the analysis of the necessity of using information technology in mathematics teaching， this article puts forward an analysis and discussion on how to effectively apply information technology in primary school mathematics teaching.

信息技術教学手段在小学数学课堂中的应用，不仅提高了学生学习的积极性，也提升了教学的总体质量和效果。然而，新疆这样的偏远地区，因为硬件设备不过关，课件设计不够合理，教师对多媒体教学的认知存在局限性等问题，一些教师未能有效运用多媒体教学，有些教师甚至放弃对其使用，这样使多媒体教学成为空谈。

一、小学数学教学中应用信息技术的必要性

（一）利于情境的创设，激发学生学习的积极性

在小学数学教学过程中，教师大多使用创设情境的模式指引学生学习，激发学生自主学习能力，让其主动发现事物之间的联系。在小学数学教学过程中，合理运用信息技术对于教师展开教学无疑具有画龙点睛的作用。在教学的过程中，按照教学的特点以及内容，运用信息技术绘声绘色、生动有趣地展开教学，在新型的教学内容和学生求知心理之间，营造强烈的矛盾冲突以及感官刺激，引发学生对学习知识的兴趣以及强烈的求知欲，让学生从厌学变为主动学习，使学生从内心深处爱学习。……
