摘 要：新课改背景下，落实核心素养是当前深化课程改革，落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措。国家未来所需要的是德智体美劳全面发展的高素质人才，核心素养就是让学生具备能够适应终身发展和社会发展的必然品质和关键能力，核心的素养是关于学生知识技能、情感态度和价值观等多方面的综合表现，也是一个学生在学习和生活中所需要的素养。语文作为一个综合性的学科，在小学语文核心素养培养的过程中，需要立足于学生们的生活，帮助学生更好地发展。

【Abstract】Under the background of the new curriculum reform，the implementation of core literacy is an important measure to deepen the curriculum reform and implement the fundamental task of creating people by virtue。 What the country needs in the future is high-quality talents with all-round development of morality，intelligence，body，beauty and labor。 The core accomplishment is the inevitable quality and key ability of students to adapt to lifelong development and social development。 The core accomplishment is the comprehensive expression of students' knowledge，skills，emotional attitude and values，and the accomplishment that a student needs in his study and life。 As a comprehensive subject，Chinese needs to be based on students' life and help students develop better in the process of cultivating Chinese core accomplishment in primary school。

核心素养背景下更加关注知识、能力和情感的综合统一，需要学习者在学习过程中进行有效的分析。小学阶段语文学科是一项有规律的学科，它具有很大的独特性，语文的核心素养就是学生在面对具体生活情景的时候，能够去分析情景，发现问题，提出问题和解决问题的过程中表现出来的一种综合品质。因此语文核心素养的主要品质包括语言的构建和运用、思维的发展与品质、文化的传承和理解以及审美的鉴赏与创造这四个部分。

1.小学语文核心素养的内容

语文的基本理念就是面向学生，致力于学生综合素养的形成，对提高学生语文素养有重要的作用，它借助语文的视角来观察事物，用语文的思维方法去解决生活中的问题，这些都可以概括为语文素养。语文素养能够激发学生的爱国主义情怀，引导学生对语言的积累，帮助利用有效的方法养成良好的习惯，在写字阅读写作口语交际中帮助学生更好地适应社会发展需要。……
