摘  要：结合专业教学标准和人才培养方案，制定技能教学标准，将技能教学标准贯穿教学全过程，对于构建符合行业企业需求的物流专业实训教学体系具有重要的现实意义。文章以LC学院物流管理专业为背景，探讨围绕技能教学标准开展的技能教学实践，依据标准整体规划专业的技能教学，进一步明确物流管理专业技能教学目标、内容和要求、实训基本条件，规范教学实施过程，指导技能教学评价，最终提升技能教学质量。

Abstract： Combining professional teaching standards and talent training programs， formulating skills teaching standards and integrating skills teaching standards throughout the entire teaching process has important practical significance for building a logistics professional training teaching system that meets the needs of industry enterprises. Based on the logistics management major of LC college， this article discusses skill teaching practice around skill teaching standards， plans overall professional skill teaching based on the standards， further clarifies the logistics management professional skill teaching objectives， content， requirements， basic training conditions， standardizes the teaching implementation process， guides the skill teaching evaluation， and ultimately improves the quality of skills teaching.

2019年国务院颁布了《国家职业教育改革实施方案》，方案重点提出要完善教育教学相关标准，具体要求发挥标准在职业教育质量提升中的基础作用，持续更新并推进专业教学标准、课程标准、顶岗实习标准、实训教学条件标准建设和落地实施。在此要求下。各院校结合区域经济特点和人才培养方案在教学实施中展开探索。然而，关于技能教学，现有理论对技能教学标准研究、探讨、制定和使用并不充分，实践上缺少具体标准的指导、或者说可操作性不足。可见，技能教学标准开发与实施对职业院校而言是一项非常重要的任务。

1  技能教学标准的内涵与意义

职业教育标准是国家职业教育内涵发展的根本保障，是国家职业教育现代化水平的重要标志，涵盖了办学标准、教学标准、课程标准、实训条件标准、人才质量标准等。教学标准是职业教育标准体系的重要基石。……
