摘  要：随着对产教融合政策和1+X职业技能等级证书标准解析，高职院校人才培养积极响应职教改革的步伐和行业企业的需求。文章阐述了提升毕业生对物流行业的适应力、推动职业教育体系与育人模式等实施1+X证书的意义，构建了“书证融通、四度统一”实践教学体系实施过程，实现了人才培养质量效果提升显著、专业群建设得到了支持保障、实践教学体系品牌得到推广及应用等成效。

Abstract： With the analysis of the policy of integration of production and education and the 1+X vocational skill level certificate standard， the training of talents in higher vocational colleges actively responds to the pace of vocational education reform and the needs of industries and enterprises. This article explains the significance of improving graduates' adaptability to the logistics industry， promoting the implementation of the 1+X certificate in the vocational education system and education model， and introducing the implementation process of the“integration of documentary and certificate， unity of four degrees”practice teaching system， which has realized the quality of talent training significantly. Then the professional group construction has been supported and guaranteed， and the practice teaching system brand has been promoted and applied.

2018年教育部提出了1+X证书体制意味着职业教育改革将开启新的篇章，2019年1+X证书作为重点内容在全国教育工作会议上进行解读和分析[1]，首批次6个试点专业之一的物流管理专业随着经济的数字化改革和智慧物流的升级，需要高职院校紧跟物流行业变化，准确把脉物流企业人才需求的标准，不断优化和完善人才培养模式和发展路径，在校企合作、产教融合、工学交替上形成多元格局，满足高质量就业保障。在1+X证书制度下探索与实践物流专业“书证融通、四度统一”实践教学体系，顺应了职业教育改革的要求，推动了高职物流专业高技能技术型人才建设发展，并取得一定成效。

1  高职物流专业实施1+X证书的意义

1.1  提升物流专业毕业生对物流行企业适应力

X证书具备知识储备性和岗位的适应性，通过对“X”证书内容的学习，物流专业毕业生从实习生—准企业员工—正式员工整……
