摘  要：物流与供应链管理课程是工商管理学科的核心课程，该门课程对实践的要求很高，传统的实践教学模式主要有：行业运作实践视频、行业实践案例、啤酒游戏、实践软件仿真模拟、企业参观模式等，由于工商管理类学生人数多，这些实践模式在实际操作的时候，容易陷入走马观花等问题。文章通过分析当前的实践模式现状与问题的基础上，提出该门课程可以采取的实践模式有：企业现场实践模式、邀请案例公司高管参与案例讨论或者线上+线下结合的模式、结合行业公司通过举办实践大赛模式、多公司的参与模式等。

Abstract： The course of logistics and supply chain management is the core course of business administration branch， this course highly requires for practice， the traditional practice teaching modes mainly include： industry operation practice video， industry practice case， beer game， practice software simulation， enterprise visiting mode， etc， as there are lots of students of the business administration， it is easy to fall into such problem as looking at the flowers on a horse. Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of the practice modes， this paper puts forward that the practice modes of the course can be adopted： practice mode of enterprise spot， inviting company executives of case to participate in case discussion or online+offline combination mode， combining with the industry company by holding practice competition mode， multi companies participation mode， etc.

近年来，电子商务快速发展，良好的物流与供应链管理是其成功的重要因素之一。物流与供应链管理已经成为工商管理学科的核心课程，该课程主要讲授物流发展、物流新技术、采购管理、运输与配送管理、库存管理、供应链发展、供应链战略管理、供应链绩效管理、供应链风险管理、供应链优化等方面的内容，当然，在不同的学校，其主要内容可能会略有差异。传统上，物流与供应链管理课程侧重于功能优化，使得各章节内容之间联系得不够紧密。要支撑好电子商务的快速发展，需要强化实践教学，突出学生解决问题的能力。为加强学生对课程的印象，视频教学、案例教学、课堂讨论、角色扮演、啤酒游戏等方法相继引入课堂，这些教学方法在一定程度上能够吸引学生的兴趣，但是学生还是缺少必要的实践操作，如公司如何确定合适的供应链战略、合适的采购计划、库存方案、运输与配送方案，如何跨越企业绩效来提高供应链绩效、降低供应链风险。……
