摘  要：党的十九大报告明确指出：“建设生态文明是中华民族永续发展的千年大计”，是环境教育的重要目标，教学是实现教育目的的基本途径。所以充分发掘教学内容中所蕴含的生态思想与元素，提出挖掘专业知识中蕴含的思想政治教育内涵，坚持将思政教育贯穿大学生专业知识学习中，提升思政教育的亲和力和专业课程的正确价值导向。这将有利于提高教学质量，加强学生的环保责任意识，引导大学生做坚定的“环保守护者”，实现使学生将来具备作为环保人的责任与担当。

Abstract： The report of the 19th National Congress clearly points out that "the construction of ecological civilization is the millennium plan for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation" ， is an important goal of environmental education， and teaching is the basic way to achieve the educational goal. Therefore， we should fully explore the ecological thoughts and elements contained in the teaching contents， put forward the connotation of ideological and political education contained in the professional knowledge， and persist in carrying out the ideological and political education throughout the study of college students' professional knowledge， promoting the affinity of ideological and political education and the correct value orientation of professional courses. This will help improve the quality of teaching， strengthen students' awareness of environmental protection responsibility， and guide college students to be firm "guardians of environmental protection". In the future， they will have the responsibility and responsibility as an environmentalist.

2016年12月7日召开的全国高校思想政治工作会议上，习近平总书记指出：“我国有独特的历史、独特的文化、独特的国情，决定了我国必须走自己的高等教育发展道路……高校思想政治工作关系高校培养什么样的人、如何培养人以及为谁培养人这个根本问题。”所以在当今的教育环境中将思想政治工作贯穿于“三全育人”过程中，是迫切需求的[1]。我校非常重视课程思政建设，通过请专家解读、引进示范课程、专门组织学习、慕课等方式，以提升思政教学的严谨性和迫切性。

环境影响评价课程是环境工程专业的主干核心课程之一，以培养学生对新建、改扩建等项目进行环境影响综合分析评估，确保其建成后对环境造成的影响符合环保要求等方面的知识、技术和能力为目标，以教学水平和教学质量作为重要的衡量指标。
