摘  要：作为21世纪的朝阳产业，资源综合利用产业是我国节能环保战略新兴产业的子产业，资源综合利用与管理技术专业由此孕育而生，资源综合利用与管理技术专业是涉及冶金、环境、材料、化工等多学科交叉融合的新专业，由于其多学科交叉融合的复杂性和专业的新颖性，资源综合利用与管理技术专业现存在诸多问题：对专业的理解不够透彻、专业调研不够广泛、师资队伍专业背景单一、课程体系不够完善。文章针对这些问题进行了深入分析，并提出了相应的解决对策。

Abstract： As a sunrise industry in the 21st century， the comprehensive utilization of resources industry is a sub industry of China's energy conservation and environmental protection strategy， the specialty of resource comprehensive utilization and management technology was born. The specialty of resource comprehensive utilization and management technology is a new specialty involving metallurgy， environment， materials， chemical engineering and other disciplines. Due to the complexity of interdisciplinary integration and the novelty of specialty， there are many problems in the specialty of comprehensive utilization and management technology： the understanding of the major is not thorough enough， the professional investigation is not extensive， the professional background of the teaching staff is single， and the curriculum system is not perfect. This paper analyzes these problems and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.

改革開放以来，我国经济持续快速增长，各项建设取得了巨大成就。与此同时，也付出了资源和环境代价，经济发展与资源环境的矛盾日益突出。“十三五”时期，我国处于工业化和城镇化加快发展阶段，面临的资源和环境形势更加严峻。开展资源综合利用，推动循环经济发展，是我国转变经济发展方式，走新型工业化道路，建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会的重要措施[1]。随着国家对节能环保的要求力度越来越大，资源综合利用与管理技术专业由此产生并得到大力发展。广东环境保护工程职业学院于2010年设立资源环境与城市管理专业，分清洁生产与节能技术方向和资源综合利用技术2个方向。随着2015年10月教育部对普通高等学校高等职业教育（专科）专业目录的调整，资源环境与城市管理的2个专业方向，分别又独立成清洁生产与减排技术和资源综合利用与管理技术2个专业[2]。……
