摘  要：高等教育培养德才兼备的时代人才强调德为先，立德是专业建设的重要目标。专业思政是思政教育的重要举措，是课程思政背景下专业建设中值得探讨的新课题。针对网络工程专业，我们提出了以专业建设为依托，以创新创业能力训练为载体，融入人文思政元素，探索“创新创业+思政” 协同育人的专业建设模式，实践中成效显著。

Abstract： In order to cultivate talents with both political integrity and ability in higher education， it is an important goal of specialty construction to adjust morality first. Professional ideological and political education is an important measure of Ideological and political education， is a new topic worthy of discussion in the background of curriculum ideological and political education. For the network engineering specialty， we put forward a professional construction mode of "innovation and entrepreneurship + ideological and political" collaborative education mode based on professional construction， innovation and entrepreneurship training as the carrier， and integration of humanistic ideological and political elements.

习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上强调，“高校思想政治工作关系高校培养什么样的人、如何培养人以及为谁培养人这个根本问题。要坚持把立德树人作为中心环节，把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程，实现全程育人、全方位育人，努力开创我国高等教育事业发展新局面”。正如中央文件中强调的，高等学校的各门课程都有育人功能，高校所有教师都负有育人的职责。为深刻理解并践行习近平总书记关于教育的重要论述，落实立德树人根本任务，重在学懂、弄通、做实。国家推行了“双一流”建设战略，思政育人和一流专业建设同时同力深入进行，相辅相成，合力培育新一代的国家技术人才。好的思想政治工作应该像春风沐浴，像生活中用盐，不能光吃盐，而是将盐溶解到食物中自然而然地吸收。在新时代全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人的背景下，工科专业人才的融合培养需要创新探索。……
