摘  要：实验室安全管理是实验室管理中的一个重要部分，是预防实验室安全事故发生的重要手段。文章提出了一种适用于高校材料类科研实验室的安全管理系统。该系统借助金陵科技学院材料工程学院实验室管理过程中的实际经验，将实验室安全教育及实践和危险化学品管理与实践相结合，为有效预防和减少安全事故的发生提供保障，切实保障实验室师生安全。

Abstract： Laboratory safety management is an important part of laboratory management and an important means to prevent laboratory safety accidents. A safety management system suitable for university scientific research laboratories is proposed. With the help of the practical experience of laboratory management in the school of materials engineering， Jinling Institute of Technology， the system combines the laboratory safety education and implementation with the management and practice of hazardous chemicals， so as to effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents， and effectively protect the safety of teachers and students in the laboratory.

作为高校开展科学研究和培养学生创新与实践动手能力平台的高校科研实验室，一方面是高校建设一流本科的加速器和重要支撑，但同时也是高校安全事故的高发地[1-2]。近年来频发的高校科研实验室安全问题，引起了社会的高度关注。有学者统计，近年来有50%以上的高校实验室事故因危险化学品储存和使用不当引起[3]。高校科研实验室的面积和设备，都随着国家对高校实验室投入的增加，而不断增大、增多。材料类的科研实验室化学试剂种类繁多、危险性大，如果储存或使用不当会引发极大的危险。因此，实验室安全管理问题已成为一项重要的课题，是高校全面发展必不可少的基础性工作[4-5]。自2010年以来，从教育部到各省教育厅都非常重视高校实验室安全工作，先后出台了多项实验室安全检查标准。2018年，教育部发布……
