【摘  要】发展校园足球，是新时期我国中小学体育事业发展的重点。落实校园足球工作最核心、最基础的任务，就是学校根据自身条件，构建特色化校本课程。九年一贯制学校具有连续性、整体性的特点，在持续推进校园足球工作方面具有一定优势。基于此，本文分析了九年一贯制学校的含义，以及构建校园足球校本课程的必要性，并结合实际对校园足球校本课程的构建策略以及有效性进行了研究，以期对九年一贯制学校校园足球校本课程的构建有所帮助。

【Abstract】The development of campus football is the focus of the development of my country's primary and secondary school sports in the new era. To implement the core and most basic task of campus football work is that the school builds a characteristic school-based curriculum according to its own conditions. The nine-year consistent school has the characteristics of continuity and integrity， and has certain advantages in continuing to promote campus football. Based on this， this article analyzes the meaning of the nine-year consistent school and the necessity of constructing a campus football school-based curriculum， and combines the actual practice to study the construction strategy and effectiveness of the campus football school-based curriculum， with a view to the nine-year consistent school campus the construction of football school-based courses is helpful.

發展校园足球，是新时期我国中小学体育事业发展的重要内容，我国教育等相关部门出台的文件，对校园足球的实施工作提出了明确的要求，做出了系统的规划。2020年6月教育部办公厅发布的《关于开展2020年全国青少年校园足球特色学校、试点县（区）和“满天星”训练营创建工作的通知》中明确提出校园足球工作应向九年一贯制学校倾斜。九年一贯制学校主要是指小学和中学实施一体化教学的学校。相较于普通学校，九年一贯制学校更具连贯性和整体性，在推进校园足球长效发展方面更具优势。

目前，九年一贯制学校在发展校园足球过程中，校本课程的构建是一个重点，也是一个难点。许多学校缺乏对自身特色化教育资源的分析和开发，导致校园足球的推进千篇一律，难以达到最佳效果。……
