[摘要]专业课程体系是实现人才培养的重要载体，为适应区域经济发展，满足物流行业人才多样化需求，现代物流管理专业应构建有专业特色的课程体系。从专业特色课程体系建设的意义入手，剖析了当前现代物流管理专业课程体系建设中的问题，提出了专业特色课程体系的建设要点，并以广西生态工程职业技术学院为例对其现代物流管理专业特色课程体系的构建和实施进行了分析和探讨。

Management Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges：

In the Case of Guangxi Eco-engineering Vocational & Technical College

Abstract：In view of the significance of the construction of the specialty distinctive courses system，we analyzed the problems in the construction of the modern logistics management specialty courses system at the current stage，and put forward the key points for the distinctive course system construction of the specialty. Then，taking Guangxi Eco- engineering Vocational and Technical College as an example，we looked at its construction and implementation of the modern logistics management specialty distinctive courses system.

近年來，随着产业转型升级发展，各行业对高素质技术技能型人才的需求愈加迫切，人才市场出现明显的供需不平衡现象。为解决人才需求问题，适应经济发展新常态，高职院校要聚焦区域产业发展需求，依托学校办学优势，梳理明确人才培养目标，培养满足区域产业发展所需人才。专业课程体系是实现人才培养的重要载体，依据人才培养目标要求，构建具有专业特色的课程体系，对深化职业教育改革，实现高素质技术技能型人才的培养有着重要的意义。

1高职院校专业特色课程体系的建设意义

1.1更好的服务区域经济发展

《职业教育提质培优行动计划（2020-2023年）》中提到要实现职业院校办学水平、人才培养质量和就业质量整体提升，有效支撑地方经济社会发展和国家重大战略，要把发展专科高职教育作为优化高等教育结构和培养大国工匠、能工巧匠的重要方法，输送区域发展急需的高素质技术技能型人才。……
