[摘要]书证融通的对象是职业技能等级（标准）证书与学历证书，1+X证书制度对现代物流管理专业人才培养方案改革提出了新的要求，在专业执行层面需要处理如何选择契合本校专业人才培养定位的物流类X证书。在多个X证书背景下构建了现代物流管理专业四种书证融通模式，明确了现代物流管理专业书证融通人才培养改革设计框架和改革主要任务，并从规划调研、遴选证书、重构课程体系、开发教学资源、打造教学团队、改造实训条件等六个方面针对现代物流管理专业提出了人才培养改革的具体建议，研究结果为同类专业开展人才培养方案改革提供了参考。

Abstract：In this paper，under the 1+ X certification system，we constructed four certificate-diploma integration modes for the modern logistics management specialty，clarified the design framework and main tasks of the certificate-diploma integrated reform for the cultivation of the modern logistics management talents，and from the six aspects including planning and investigation，certificate selection，rebuilding course system，developing teaching resources，building teaching teams，and transforming practical training conditions，etc.，put forward some specific suggestions for the reform of the cultivation practice for the modern logistics management talents.

11+X证书制度试点对现代物流管理专业人才培养提出新的要求

1.1现代物流管理专业深度参与1+X证书制度试点

《国家职业教育改革实施方案》中正式提出启动1+X证书制度试点，随后教育部全面启动“1+X证书”制度试点，物流管理职业技能等级证书成为首批人选的五个试点证书之一。王扬南、孙善学等专家从多个角度对1+X证书制度进行了解读;更多的学者开始在执行层面探索试点工作的组织与管理[2]，在教学层面探索课证融通、人才培养改革、课程改革等[1，4-5]。作为第一批X证书试点专业，越来越多的职业院校现代物流管理专业开展1+X证书制度试点。参与物流管理职业技能等级证书试点的院校数量从2019年首批的355所增加到2021年的超过600所;经过两年的试点，全国已有超过6万在校生和企业职工经过培训考取了物流管理职业技能等级证书。……
