摘  要：传统灌输式教学理念下高校人才培养机制已无法应对新一轮科技革命和产业变革所带来的机遇与挑战，成果导向教育理念（OBE）明确学生在教学活动中的主体地位，强调内外需求引领教学又源于教学，是时代赋予高校培养创新型人才的重要思想。文章就成果导向教育理念在课堂教学活动中的设计、组织与实施进行了详细的探讨，为新工科背景下高校创新型人才培养尤其是课堂教学活动的设计、组织与实施具有重要的指导与借鉴意义。

Abstract： College talent cultivation mechanism under the traditional force-feeding teaching concept cannot cope with the opportunities and challenges from a new round of technological revolution and industrial revolution. The concept of results-oriented education （OBE） is an important thought endowed by the era for colleges and universities to cultivate innovative talents by clarifying students' dominant position in teaching activities and emphasizing that teaching led by internal and external needs is derived from teaching. This paper discusses in detail the design， organization and implementation of the concept of results-oriented education in classroom teaching activities. This study has important guiding and reference significance for the training of innovative talents in universities， especially for the design， organization and implementation of classroom teaching activities under the background of new engineering.

進入21世纪，学科间渗透与融合日趋显著，边缘与交叉学科得以快速发展，曾经界线分明的基础与应用研究、技术研发与产业化等概念变得日益模糊，科技创新行为也日益突破国家、组织与技术的局限，逐渐转变为创新体系之间的角逐，而创新型人才自然是这一体系的主体与决定性因素。因此，培养高精尖的创新型人才成为国家、各级政府及高等学校的当务之急。

高校是人才培养的基地，而课堂教学则是高校人才培养的主战场与前沿阵地，如何组织好课堂教学对于创新型人才培养具有重要的意义。20世纪80年代初由Spady等提出成果导向教育（OBE），明确指出课堂教学活动只有以学生为主体，以成果输出为导向，才能有效克服传统灌输式教学模式在创新型人才培养中的弊端。……
