摘  要：目前，教师发展中心在提高教师的教学和科研等能力上有着显著的成效。文章通过构建综合性艺术院校教师专业发展的理论研究框架，结合教师发展中心职能定位和运行机制的有效研究，探索综合性艺术院校教师发展中心在助力教师专业发展中的发展现状及提升对策。

Abstract： At present， the Teacher Development Center（TDC） has a remarkable effect on improving the teaching and research ability of teachers. In this paper， through the construction of a theoretical research framework for teachers' professional development in comprehensive art colleges， combined with the effective research on the functional positioning and operating mechanism of the teacher development center， explores the status quo of teachers' development center in comprehensive art colleges in the process of teachers' professional development and its countermeasures.

综合性艺术院校作为国家文化产业改革发展的重要力量，在服务国家和社会的文化生活中发挥着积极的作用，承担着为经济社会发展特别是文化产业发展输送优秀艺术成果和优秀作品的历史使命，具有其他高校不可替代的作用。

当前，教师发展中心已逐步成为国家教师职业规划与发展的重要基地，深化综合性艺术院校教师发展中心的职能和发展机制的研究与实践，理清制约教师发展的问题和影响因素，探寻促进教师发展中心的优化路径，对促进艺术教师专业发展，加快艺术教育改革和发展步伐，整体提高高等艺术教育质量和创新型艺术人才培养水平，变得特别紧迫和关键，同时也可以为其他院校教师发展工作的展开提供科学的理论分析框架和实践借鉴价值。

一、教师发展中心的发展历史与现实意义
