摘  要：课程思政是高校进行思政教育和践行“三全育人”的重要部分，具有隐性、灵活多样性和高效性等特点。作为人才培养阵地的高校，树立师德楷模，提升教师素质，是开展良好课程思政的前提保障;以生物类专业核心课程植物生理学为例，提出精心的课程思政设计、适宜的教学形式和平等的交流平台，是成功的课程思政的几个重要环节。

Abstract： Curriculum with ideological and political education is an important part of the ideological and political education and the principle of "three complete education" in colleges and universities. Curriculum with ideological and political education have features of implicitness， flexibility and diversity and high effectiveness. It is the premise and guarantee for excellent curriculum with ideological and political education to set up teacher morality model and improve teacher's quality in colleges and universities， where are the position and base of talents cultivation. The paper takes the curriculum of Plant Physiology as an example， which is a core curriculum for biological specialty， there are several important links for the success of curriculum with ideological and political education such as elaborate course design， suitable teaching form and equal dialogue platform.

习近平总书记在2016年全国高校思想政治工作会议上的重要讲话指出，“高校思想政治工作关系高校培养什么样的人、如何培养人以及为谁培养人这个根本问题”。中共中央、国务院《关于加强和改进新形势下高校思想政治工作的意见》中提出“坚持全员全过程全方位育人”的“三全育人”。进一步明确了“培养又红又专、德才兼备、全面发展的中国特色社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人”的人才培养目标。2018年，习近平总书记在全国教育大会上强调“把培养社会主义建设者和接班人作为根本任务，培养一代又一代拥护中国共产党领导和我国社会主义制度、立志为中国特色社会主义奋斗终身的有用人才”[2]。习近平总书记在党的十八届一中全会上指出，“我们要继续坚持走中国特色社会主义文化发展道路”;同时也指出，“提高国家文化软实力，加强社会主义核心价值体系建设”。让学生能正确认识时代责任和历史使命，用中国梦激扬青春梦，为学生点亮理想的灯、照亮前行的路，激励学生自觉把个人的理想追求融入国家和民族的事业中，勇做走在时代前列的奋进者、开拓者。……
