【摘    要】生物是一种对生命出现、生长及灭亡过程和规律进行研究的科学。它能够帮助学生加强对自身发育和健康的了解，对生命的深刻敬畏及对环保意义的理解。初中生物课程包括了许多健康类内容，有心理、生理、医学卫生及安全教育等。而初中生物教学担负着培养新一代生物学人才的重任。只有在初中阶段有效激发学生对生物学的兴趣和热情，才能使学生有无穷的力量，在这个领域持续学习和深造，才能有机会在将来成为高级专业型生物学人才。

Research on Inquiry Experiment Teaching of Biology in Junior Middle School

【Abstract】Biology is a science that studies the processes and laws of the emergence， growth and extinction of life. It can help students strengthen their understanding of their own development and health， a deep awe of life and an understanding of the meaning of environmental protection. The junior high school biology curriculum includes a lot of health content， including psychology， physiology， medical hygiene and safety education. And junior high school biology teaching is responsible for cultivating a new generation of biology talents. Only by effectively stimulating students' interest and enthusiasm in biology at the junior high school stage， can students have infinite strength， continue to study and further study in this field， and have the opportunity to become senior professional biological talents in the future.

很長一段时期内，初中生物课程都得不到学生和家长的重视，一直被认为是“副科”，生物课程随时可以为语数外等所谓“主科”让路。随着新课改和新课标的实施，生物的重要性也逐渐被体现出来。作为一门自然科学，实验在生物课程教学中的重要地位不容置疑，关于实验新课标中也有具体的要求，传统验证性实验的作用开始被质疑，探究性实验逐渐被引入到生物课堂教学中来。探究性实验可以激发学生的学习主动性，让学生通过思考、提出假设并通过实验去解决问题，符合当下尊重学生主导地位的新要求。

一、创造健康的教学氛围，激发学生自主探究的兴趣

初中阶段的学生处于一个思维活跃、敏感好动、自主意识强烈及记忆力超强的时期，是最适合吸收、理解各种知识，最富有创造性的时期。……
