摘  要：“体医融合”背景下，社会对体育保健与康复专业人才需求急剧增加。高职高专体育保健与康复专业培养的是从事一线体医融合工作的技能型人才，为了使我们培养的体育保健与康复专业人才符合社会经济发展需求，我们通过明确人才培养目标，构建人才培养模式，培养双师素质教师队伍，建设实践教学基地，改革教学方法，提升社会服务能力，为培养适应社会需求和发展的“体医融合”复合型人才提供可参考的思路和方法。

Abstract： Under the background of "integration of sports and medicine"， the social demand for sports health care and rehabilitation professionals is increasing rapidly. The major of sports health care and rehabilitation in Higher Vocational Colleges cultivates skilled talents engaged in the integration of physical education and medicine. In order to make the sports health care and rehabilitation professionals meet the needs of social and economic development， we provide reference ideas and methods for the cultivation of "sports medical integration" compound talents by clarifying the talent training objectives， constructing the talent training mode， cultivating the double qualified teachers， building the practice teaching base， and reforming the teaching methods， and the improvement of social service ability.

《“健康中國2030”规划纲要》^[1]提出：“完善全民健身公共服务体系、广泛开展全民健身运动、加强体医融合和非医疗健康干预、促进重点人群体育活动。”“体医融合”是建设“健康中国”的重要途径，“体医融合”相关人才的培养重点在于体育与医疗的结合点上。高职高专体育保健与康复专业培养的是从事一线“体医融合”工作的技能型人才，为了使我们培养的体育保健与康复专业人才符合社会经济建设需求，体育保健与康复专业人才培养的研究与改革已显得特别重要和迫切。

一、“体医融合”对体育保健与康复人才的需求

体育锻炼不仅可以预防疾病、强身健体，还可以治疗疾病、病后康复，2019年国务院办公厅印发《关于促进全民健身和体育消费 推动体育产业高质量发展的意见》，开始大力推动“体医融合”发展^[2]。“体医融合”是体育健身功能与医疗康复功能的高度融合，是促进人类体质健康的新型模式^[3]。……
