摘要 通过对徐淮地区优质稻米生产状况的调研，发现当前水稻生产中存在的主要问题，据此提出相应建议：继续扩大软质优良食味粳稻的种植规模，加强接替品种的选育力度;改变水稻种植理念，提质增效为主攻目标;因地制宜，扩大绿色稻米生产和稻田复合种养高效种植规模，提升稻田综合效益;提高栽培技术到位率，加大田间水利设施建设和维护力度。

Analysis of the Current Situation of High-quality Rice Production in Xuhuai Area

Abstract Based on the main problems found in the investigation of high-quality rice production in Xuhuai area，we put forward the corresponding suggestions：continue to expand the planting scale of soft and excellent edible japonica rice，enhance the breeding efficiency of varieties，improve the quality of the goal，change the concept of rice cultivation.In light of local conditions，we should expand the production of green rice and the efficient planting of hybrid rice and rice fields，so as to improve the comprehensive benefits of rice fields;improve the availability of cultivation techniques and intensify the construction and maintenance of water conservancy facilities in the field.

水稻是世界最重要的粮食作物之一，2017年世界稻米产量近5亿t，其中亚洲稻米产量占90%以上[1-2]，而我国则是世界稻米产量最高的国家。稻米品质具有多样性的特点，优质米的评价标准也因食用、饲用和工业用等用途不同而异[3]。对于食用稻米而言，其评定标准包含加工品质、外观品质、蒸煮食味品质和营养品质4部分，一般认为，垩白度、整精米率和食味品质等是判定稻米商品价值的重要理化指标[4-8]。

国家粮油信息中心1月份预计，2017—2018年度国内稻谷总消费为18 560万t，2017年进口大米折合稻谷约600万t，占国内稻谷消费总量的3%以上，已逼近口粮绝对安全的底线，遏制优质稻米进口势头已成当务之急[2，9]。品质优良的稻米品种是优质稻米产业发展的基础，长期以来由于政策导向，高产品种依然占较大比例，品质优良的品种储备不足，制约了产业化的发展[10]。市场上主推的大部分优质稻米
