匡艳玲

摘要面向小学生开设的小学科学课程，在培养科技与创新人才上起基础性作用，而小学科学课程标准对其实施起着指导性的作用。为借鉴新加坡的科学教育的优秀经验，采用文献研究法与比较分析法进行研究。在了解以上两国相应文本的基础上，从结构与内容进行比较分析，思考我国与新加坡的小学科学课程侧重点及特色，结合我国国情，从课程理念与课程框架、课程目标与内容、评价建议等方面提出完善我国《义务教育小学科学课程标准》（2017版）的建议。

A Comparative Study of Primary School Science Curriculum Standards between China and Singapore

Abstract：The primary school science curriculum for primary school students plays a basic role in cultivating scientific，technological and innovative talents，and the primary school science curriculum standard plays a guiding role in its implementation. In order to learn from the excellent experience of science education in Singapore，this paper uses the methods of literature research and comparative analysis. Based on the understanding of the corresponding texts of the above two countries，this paper makes a comparative analysis from the structure and content，considers the focus and characteristics of primary school science curriculum in China and Singapore，and puts forward suggestions to improve China，s primary school science curriculum standard for compulsory education （2017 Edition）from the aspects of curriculum concept and curriculum framework，curriculum objectives and content，evaluation suggestions，etc. in combination with China，s national conditions.

科技快速发展的今天，掌握科学技术、拥有创新能力的人才在各国综合国力的竞争中显得格外重要。面向小学生开设的小学科学课程，在培养科技与创新人才方面起着不容忽视的作用，而小学科学课程标准对小学科学课程的实施起着指导性的作用《2015—2016年全球竞争力报告》指出，新加坡全球竞争力指数位居世界第二，且呈现稳定趋势。在2009年、2012年的PISA测试中新加坡学生在科学领域表现卓越，在2015年的PISA测试结果中，新加坡学生整体表现排名第一。

为借鉴其优秀经验，本研究以我国教育部制定的2017版《义务教育小学科学课程标准》（以下简称《课程标准》）、新加坡政府颁发2014版《小学科学课程大纲》（以下简称《课程大纲》）为研究对象，采用文献研究法与比较分析法进行研究。在了解以上两份文本的基础上，从结构与内容两大方面进行比较分析，思考我国与新加坡的小学科学课程的侧重点及特色，结合我国国情，提出进一步完善我国的《课程标准》的建议，以期针对性地提供有关我国小学科学教育改革和课程实施的相关信息和参照。……
