摘 要：工学结合是现代职业教育体制下的一种创新型教学模式。随着教育体制的不断完善，工学结合教学的探索和研究，已经成为中职培养综合素养高和应用能力较强的人才的必然选择。在工学结合教学的背景下，学生获得的不仅仅是学科专业知识与技能，而且还包括关键能力等，是中职办学的重要特色。因此，必须构建与之相适应的学习评价体系，才能更好地促进人才培养。本文探讨了中职汽车运用与维修专业，工学结合学习评价体系构建的必要性以及构建思路，其目的在于对学生的学习情况进行有效评价，促进学生的职业能力成长，以实现学校与企业、学生与员工的有效对接。

Construction of a Learning Evaluation System for Secondary Vocational Auto Repair Specialty Based on the Combination of Work and Learning

Abstract：The combination of work and study is an innovative teaching mode under the modern vocational education system. With the continuous improvement of the education system， the exploration and research of teaching combined with work and study has become an inevitable choice for secondary vocational schools to cultivate talents with high comprehensive literacy and strong application ability. 1 工学结合及其学习评价内涵

工学结合教学是在教学课堂中提供尽可能真实的工作环境，以工作过程系统化理论为基础，以完成典型工作任务为目标的理论与实践一体化教学。在教学中，以学生为中心，教师以组织和指导为主，引导学生制定系统化工作的学习计划，提供自主学习和实践的资源，建立系统化评价反馈，提升学生的专业素养和职业素养。工学结合教学更加注重学生的个性发展，重视学生的解决问题能力的发展以及构建良好的团队协作精神。基于工学结合教学，学生的学习评价呈现多元化，评价内容和评价方式也得到了极大的改变，不再局限于对专业知识与技能的提高，更加注重于学生综合素养的全面提升。……
