摘  要：中國特色社会主义进入新时代，人民期盼有时代格局的教师，培育堪当民族重任的教师格局是建设教育强国的基础性工程。教师格局是教师从事教育教学活动的内部倾向，是教师的价值坐标。坚定的政治格局、高尚的品德格局、远大的前瞻素养、细腻的情感格局及良好的心态格局等，是新时代教师从教格局的构成。教师格局的培养在职前注重塑造师范生完美的人格、职后注重培育青年教师坚定的教育理想、自我提升把养德作为推动专业向深发展的内在力量。

Abstract： As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era， the people expect teachers who have the times pattern， and it is a basic project of building a powerful educational country to cultivate teachers' pattern that can be regarded as a national task. The teachers' pattern is the internal tendency of teachers engaging in educational and teaching activities and the value coordinate of teachers. The firm political pattern， the noble moral pattern， the farsighted accomplishment， the delicate emotional pattern and the good mentality pattern are the constitutions of the teachers' pattern in the new times. The training of teacher pattern before working focuses on shaping the perfect personality of normal university students， the cultivation of firm education ideals of young teachers should be focused after working， and in the self-improvement of morality cultivating morality should be taken as the internal force to promote the deep development of the profession.

随着“一带一路”倡议的提出，中国梦时代新格局的逐步推进，作为人民对美好教育渴望的时代圆梦人，教师需要以“四有”“四引”等时代要求为内在尺度，做有广度、有深度、有情怀的大国良师，这是中国格局乃至世界格局对堪当大国强音的中国教师提出的新要求。在当前复杂多变的世界格局下，教师作为“学高”“身正”的代言人，常以灯塔、蜡烛为隐喻，委以立德树人的时代重任，就决定了教师必须要有格局意识，这是作为教师内定力的源泉。格局之于人生的意义不言而喻，对于教师而言，格局就是教师立德树人的价值坐标。新时代需要有大格局的师者，大格局是从教大境界的源泉。2017年中国特色社会主义进入新时代以来，不少学者从不同的角度论述了从教大格局者应有的境界，为教师格局的进阶指明了方向。……
