【摘    要】个性化阅读教学是在新课标的倡导下提出的一种有利于实现阅读教学目标的全新教学理念。笔者通过观察小学语文课堂的教学活动，了解小学语文阅读教学的实际情况，发现目前小学语文教师正在积极尝试实施个性化阅读教学，但在实施教学过程中还存在一些问题。本文从教师、学生两个方面分析了影响小学语文个性化阅读教学的因素，结合目前小学语文个性化阅读教学中存在的问题提出了优化策略。

A Brief Talk on Individualized Reading Teaching of Chinese in Primary Schools

【Abstract】Individuation reading teaching is a new teaching concept that is conducive to the realization of reading teaching goals proposed under the advocacy of the new curriculum standard. By observing the teaching activities in the primary school Chinese classroom， the author understands the actual situation of primary school Chinese reading teaching， and found that the current primary school Chinese teachers are actively trying to implement individuation reading teaching， but there are still some problems in the implementation of the teaching process. This article analyzes the factors that affect the individualized reading teaching of Chinese in primary schools from the two aspects of teachers and students， and puts forward optimization strategies based on the existing problems in individualized reading teaching of Chinese in primary schools.

一、小学语文个性化阅读教学中存在的问题

（一）阅读教学过程个性化缺失

在小学语文阅读教学的过程中发现，存在着教师在阅读教学中过度重视教学结果，忽视阅读教学过程个性化的问题，一些教师仍从自身需要出发，依靠教参和资料，直接为学生提供标准答案，将教学重心放在知识传授和应付考试上，忽视了学生的个性化发展，忽视学生自身情感体验和个体差异。虽然这在短时间内会呈现出良好的教学效果，却禁锢了学生的思维发展，打击学生的阅读积极性，不利于学生个性化发展。

（二）教师对教材缺乏个性化解读

在阅读教学过程中，往往存在语文教师对所教授的教材缺乏自己对于教材的个性化解读的问题。教师在教学过程中往往要参照教学参考书来进行授课，对于教学参考书的需要程度甚至超过了教材本身，有一些教师甚至离开了教学参考书就没有办法正常进行教学设计以及课堂教学。……
