【摘    要】随着素质教育理念的不断深化和新课程改革的不断推进，在当前初中英语教育教学实践中融入人本理念能有效改变传统初中英语教学中存在的问题，树立以人为本的教育教学理念，充分尊重学生的主体地位，使学生能够积极参与到英语学习活动中，进而提高学生的英语综合素养，有利于培养学生的核心素养，更好地促进学生的全面发展。

The Practice and Thinking of the Human-oriented Concept the English Education and Teaching in Junior High Schools

【Abstract】With the continuous deepening of the concept of quality education and the continuous advancement of new curriculum reforms， the integration of the human-oriented concept into the current junior high school English teaching practice can effectively change the problems existing in traditional junior high school English teaching， establish a people-oriented education and teaching concept， and fully respect students main body status of the students enables students to actively participate in English learning activities， thereby improving students' comprehensive English literacy， which is conducive to cultivating students' core literacy and better promoting students' all-round development.

传统的初中英语教学中存在着诸多弊端，学生的学习积极性不高，不利于学生英语的长久发展，教师在教学过程中使用的以应试教育为主的教育理论导致教育教学理论僵化，未能对教学方式进行创新，使学生的学习较为刻板，不利于培养学生的英语综合素养。因此，在初中英语教学中融入人本教育理念，有助于提高学生学习的主动性，使教师更好地关注学生发展，有利于促进学生的成长，深刻体现素质教育的深刻内涵。

一、初中英语教学现状

初中阶段英语学习的深度和广度有所提高，在升学压力的影响下，大多数教师在英语教学过程中单纯关注学生的应试成绩提升，缺乏与学生之间的感情交流和双向互动，学生在英语学习的过程中无法感受到快乐和兴奋，学生学习积极性不高。大多数教师在教学实施的過程中仍然以传统的教学理念为主，以自我为中心，忽视学生的学习需要，不利于学生的全面发展。……
