【摘    要】初中《道德与法治》主要包括思想教育和心理辅导两个内容，目的在于提高学生的思想道德品质，增强法律意识，促使学生树立正确价值观念。笔者在此以革新课堂教学方法为突破口，从多个层面探索“国家安全观”教育，希望能为当前的初中思政教育提供一些有益借鉴。

On the Cultivation of Students' Concept of National Security in the Teaching of Morality and Rule of Law in Junior High School

【Abstract】Morality and the rule of law in junior high school mainly includes ideological education and psychological counseling. Its purpose is to improve students' Ideological and moral quality， enhance their legal consciousness and promote them to establish correct values. Based on the innovation of classroom teaching methods， the author explores the "national security concept" education from multiple levels， hoping to provide some useful reference for the current ideological and political education in junior high school.

一、國家安全观念的概念及内涵

国家安全观是对国家安全及国家安全相关问题的历史、现状、发展、规律、本质等的认知、评价和预期，包括事实认知、价值评价和主观预期三个方面。

其一，国家安全观是对客观的国家安全状态的反映，这种客观对象既包括国家安全的客体因素，比如国家形态、国家利益、国家安全环境、国家安全活动等，也包括特定历史条件和地域环境中的国家安全的具体客体。

其二，国家安全观也体现为主体对国家安全客观现实的价值评价，这种评价是基于个体将自身利益与国家客观利益进行对比分析，所体现出来的内在情感，是指导个体思想和行为的重要内在因素，这也是实施思想教育的切入点。

二、在初中道德与法治课中加强学生国家安全观教育的意义

其一，国家安全观教育是全民性思想教育，也是学校教育工作的重点。初中学校作为实施人才教育的社会公共机构，除了肩负着知识传播和人才培养的职责，还是思想政治教育的主阵地，加强初中学生的国家安全观教育符合全民性思政教育的要求。……
