【摘    要】面向初中基础教育工作，针对频发的校园欺凌事件，结合班主任的班级管理基本责任，文章先对学校德育中校园欺凌与班级管理的相关性展开了分析，接着探讨了导致校园欺凌问题出现的原因，最后深度研究了重置班级管理以解决校园欺凌问题的办法，进而提出了加强班级德育建设、提高日常管理力度、关注学生心理健康等观点，以期为同仁带来新的启发。

Research on Campus Bullying and Class Management Reset in School Moral Education

【Abstract】For the basic education of junior high school， in response to frequent incidents of campus bullying， combined with the basic responsibility of class management of the head teacher， the article first analyzes the correlation between campus bullying and class management in school moral education， and then discusses the reasons for the emergence of campus bullying. In the end， he deeply studied the methods of resetting class management to solve the problem of campus bullying， and then put forward the viewpoints of strengthening the construction of class moral education， improving daily management， and paying attention to the mental health of students， in order to bring new inspiration to colleagues.

近些年來，无论从电视新闻、网络媒体还是日常交流中，我们都或多或少地了解到了校园欺凌事件。甚至在某段时间，初中校园欺凌成了全民讨论的话题，引起了全社会的关注。这均说明了一件事情——解决校园欺凌问题、加强学校德育教育和班级管理势在必行。作为教师，应明确学校德育教育和班级管理在应对校园欺凌问题方面的重要作用，并对具体工作方法展开研究。

一、学校德育中校园欺凌与班级管理的相关性分析

简单来说，学校德育中的校园欺凌问题直接增加了初中教师管理班级的难度、影响了学校德育总目标的实现。而有效的班级管理和德育，有助于降低校园欺凌问题出现的可能性，让学生在充斥着德育思想的班级和学校环境中逐步树立正确人生观、价值观、世界观，帮助他们形成积极的生活和人际交往态度，从而让班级、校园活动更加和谐，促进德育目标的实现。因此在初中学校教育工作中，教师应重置班级管理，重视德育，解决校园欺凌问题并预防、杜绝相关现象发生。……
