【摘  要】在我国大力推进新课程改革的背景下，对当前的教育教学内容和质量提出了更多、更高的要求，这就意味着当代教师在教育过程中不可以因循守旧，而要结合时代发展趋势及时调整自己的教学策略，打破传统教育僵局。经过调查发现，在当前的初中道德与法治教学过程中，一些教师的教学模式和教学理念还比较陈旧，课堂教学问题仍然比较严重。基于此，本文着重分析了初中道德与法治教学中所存在的问题以及实用的解决措施。

【Abstract】Under the background of my country's vigorous promotion of new curriculum reform， more and higher requirements are put forward for the current education and teaching content and quality， which means that contemporary teachers should not follow the old fashioned in the education process， but should integrate the development trend of the times in a timely manner. Adjust your own teaching strategies to break the deadlock in traditional education. After investigation， it is found that in the current teaching process of morality and rule of law in junior high schools， some teachers' teaching models and teaching concepts are still relatively outdated， and classroom teaching problems are still relatively serious. Based on this， this article emphatically analyzes the problems existing in the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior high schools and practical solutions.

一、试析初中道德与法治教学问题

（一）教学重视力度不够，教学目标不清晰

在大多数教师的心中，道德与法治学科并不是学生应该关注的重点学科，在初中阶段，学生们需要掌握语文、数学、英语等分值较高的学科，以保证自己在中考能够取得优异的成绩。所以，在日常教学阶段，大多数教师都会让学生关注其他主科课程，下意识地弱化了道德与法治这一副科课程。

在教师的忽视下，因此很多学生在日常学习中不会耗费心思认真研究这门学科的内容，导致学生的学习欲望降低。同时，由于教师受到这种错误观念的影响，他们在日常教学过程中只是按照教材的要求随意为学生灌输内容，在教学过程中并没有制定清晰的教学目标，因此导致当前的教学效率尤为低下。
